Summer is upon us…well apparently, and we have loads to celebrate and share with you this summer!
First up we’ve got our summer of IPAs launching where the brewers came up with their take on a new IPA. Not satisfied that one beer would hit the mark, they came back with three! All are new interpretations on IPAs. To be fair, one of three is a favourite from the past.
First to launch in June will be Idaho Pale (4.3%). Not strictly an IPA by definition as its mid-strength. We call it a Session IPA perfect for a few thirst quenching summer pints in the garden. Next up is Full Steam (5.9%) a proper IPA in strength & favour. Full Steam will launch in July. Lastly, in August, we have the return of Nine Dogs (4.9%) which has all the hoppyness & crisp taste of an IPA with undertones of passionfruit. All three are being launched under the banner of Titanic Brewery’s “Summer of IPAs” celebrating 200 years since the first Burton brewed IPAs were shipped to the East Indies.
These will be available in our pubs and bods to try over the summer months.
Beer of the Month
Our beer of the month is also a great summer pale…Raspberry pale. The perfect pint to quench your thirst when the sun decides to shine. Raspberry pale is a strong, fruity pale ale with bags of flavour/ This wonderfully fruity wheat beer is refreshingly light. We’ve worked hard to ensure the raspberry flavours bounce off the hops perfectly to result in a unique, well balanced beer.
