Have you reset your Titanic password yet?

Some of you may have done this already, but if you haven’t you will need to. This will allow you to continue to collect points and use your loyalty card.  

We have launched a new system to help make our loyalty scheme even better. Every Member will need to reset their password to access their loyalty account. 

1. Click the link below and follow the instructions to do this.

2.  Click on the log on in right hand corner All members must press forgotten password.  

3. Click ‘forgotten your password’

4. Enter the email address registered to your card  

5. Members will then receive an email from [email protected] please click / go to the URL on the email.

6. Enter your new password and  enter your email and password. This will then allow you to log in.
