As you are aware, we recently changed hosts for our loyalty scheme and now due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to continue with the current provider.
Please do not worry, we have a plan of how we intend to keep disruption to a minimum for all our loyal customers.
We are therefore, pausing the current scheme from Wednesday 5th May. This will mean that all the points you have currently earned are going to be held safely and securely, ready for when we are back up and running with a new host.
What we are offering to do in the meantime, is discount your purchases at the 3% for Standard Loyalty and 4% for First Class Loyalty at the time of your purchase. This will be deducted from your bill, when you present your loyalty card, so please don’t forget to take it with you as we won’t be able to apply the discount later. This will ensure that no customer is losing out on their current reward amount.

What will happen to my balance?
Your balance will be safe, and will be available again once the new scheme is up and running.
Can I still view my current balance online?
Yes your current account and balance will still be available to view online at https://member.kappture.co.uk/titanic . However, it won’t show any transactions made after Tuesday 4th May 2021.
I have a birthday voucher, can I still use this?
We are currently suspending this voucher until we are back up and running with the new system. You will not lose your birthday voucher.
I am a First Class Member, will I still receive my £1 off?
Yes you will still be able to claim your £1 off your Titanic pint.
Do I need my Titanic Membership Card to receive the discount?
Yes, you will need to present your membership card at the time of purchase, unfortunately no card means no discount as per usual.
If I lose my card, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately we will not provide you with a replacement at this moment. We have taken all cards off site for the time being, if you email [email protected] to let us know you have lost your card then your issue will be dealt with once the new scheme is up and running.
Can we still create new loyalty accounts?
Unfortunately no, all cards have been taken off sites for the time being, you will be able to create a new account once the new scheme is up and running and our pubs have stocked up on loyalty cards again.
Can I upgrade to a First Class Membership during this transition?
Firstly – thank you for your loyalty if this is the case! For the time being we will not upgrade any members, however if you are interested or would like some more information regarding First Class Membership then please email [email protected] we will then be back in touch with you once the new scheme is up and running.
Will my discount show on my receipts?
Yes, the discount will show at the bottom of your receipts.
