Loyalty Terms and Conditions 2021/22

  • Titanic Brewery reward card scheme is operated by Titanic Brewery, Callendar Place, Burslem, Stoke on Trent, ST6 1JL
  • These terms and conditions apply to the use of Titanic Brewery Reward card for the collection and redemption of reward points at Titanic pubs and bods
  • Use of the card will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions

Getting your Standard Reward Card

  • Applicants must reside in the UK and be aged 18 years or over
  • The card is free of charge and can be obtained at our pub(s) bod(s) or brewery shop. It is not a credit or charge card and remains the property of Titanic Brewery
  • The card must be registered prior to use. Registering can be done by going into a pub or bod and picking up a new card and be given an activation code on the bottom of your receipt. The card must be registered and activated on our website at https://www.titanicbrewery.co.uk/loyalty/ with your card number and activation code
  • You are entitled to one card on your account
  • You may cancel your card at any time, but if you do so, you will forfeit the right to any points that have accumulated on the card that have not been used. We may ask you to return or destroy the card
  • The card must not be sold or traded in any way
  • The card is your (“the cardholder”) responsibility whilst it is in your possession. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of the card or for any points lost as a result of failure by you to keep the card safe. Photocopies of the card will not be accepted.
  • Please notify us of any lost or stolen cards at the address at the bottom of the terms and conditions

Getting your First Class Card

  • The Titanic First Class card is £50 per annum
  • The card must be registered prior to use. Registering can be done by going into a pub or bod and picking up a new card and be given an activation code on the bottom of your receipt. The card must be registered and activated on our website at https://www.titanicbrewery.co.uk/loyalty/ with your card number and activation code
  • You are entitled to one card on your account

Your Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty points can be accrued  and redeemed against certain purchases made at our pubs and bods
  • Standard card customers will receive 3 points for every whole pound spent when the card is scanned during the sale
  • First Class customers will receive 4 points for every whole pound spent and £1 off every week. This pound cannot be carried over to the next week
  • The points will be earned at the time of purchase, provided the card is presented at the point of sale. If the loyalty machine is not working, you should still be able to accrue points but will not be able to redeem points against the current transaction
  • If you do not present your card at the time of purchase we cannot add points to your account at a later date
  • Points will accrue on the entire purchase of qualifying items
  • Points can only be collected where a till and card reader is present
  • A card can hold an unlimited amount of loyalty points
  • When using your points to make part of a full payment, the desired amount of points can be put towards it
  • We will not exchange points for cash and reserve the right to remove any points that have not been redeemed for over 2 years
  • We reserve the right to reject any cards that have become unreadable and also to refuse to redeem any points which have been acquired by theft, fraud or any other means which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of any applicable promotion
  • Employees of Titanic Brewery and their relatives can only secure points on personal purchases

General

  • Titanic Brewery can cancel or withdraw the card and/or the card scheme at any time on prior written notice to you. We can also change these terms and conditions. Please use the address details below or visit www.titanicbrewery.co.uk
  • We will use or authorise the use of your information for the following purposes: To process your registration; to respond to your queries or requests; to administer your account and otherwise to undertake any of our obligations to you; To analyse your purchase history; and, only where your prior consent has been obtained, to send you details of products, services or promotions which may be of interest to you. In addition, in order to provide you with your card as well as other associated services, it may be necessary for your information to be passed on to a third party that will assist Titanic Brewery
  • It is your responsibility to advise Titanic Brewery of a change to your personal details
  • We control the data collected about you in relation to the card. As part of your application, you will be asked to provide various personal data including your name, address, email address and mobile number. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you subject to adequate proof of identity. We will provide you with such details within 40 days of your request. You also have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your information. Any queries regarding personal data we hold relating to you and, additionally, any request for copies or rectification of such data should be sent in writing to the below
  • We shall not be responsible or held liable for any default or event arising directly or indirectly from any cause or event beyond our control
  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
