Q. When is the brewery shop open?

A. The shop is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 4pm

Q. Do you have a function room?

A. Yes, we have our Sample Room venue which is at the brewery on Callender Place in Burslem.

Q. What events can be held at the Sample Room?

A. The Sample Room can host a range of events from brewery tours, private parties, meetings and more.

Q. How do I enquire and/or book the Sample Room?

Q. I’m vegetarian or have a dietary requirement, can I be catered for on the brewery tours?

A. Of course! We can cater for a vast range of dietary requirements. We do however need plenty of notice as the dishes aren’t created on-site, they are created specifically for the attendees
booked onto our tours by one of our pubs ahead of each event.

Q. I’m interested in having a private tour, how do these work and how would I book in?

A. If you have a group of 15 or more friends, private tours around the brewery together and exclusively can be arranged — specific arrangements can be discussed when you call to make your booking. Our private tours included everything you get on a normal tour but with the place to yourselves. If you wanted to do something different, we will try our best to accommodate your requests so please do let us know your ideas by giving us a call on 01782 823447 or email us on tours@titanicbrewery.co.uk.

Q. Where can I get Titanic beer in my local area?

A. This is dependent upon where you live. We deliver quite far ourselves, however if you are located outside of our delivery area we have various other routes into the market so it is likely your local might be able to get our Titanic beers on way or another. Please see our ‘Find our beer’ page for establishments that we deliver directly into that take our Titanic beers on a permanent basis.

Q. I’ve just ordered from your website, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. We use a courier to deliver our items, therefore in the main, your items should arrive in a few days if you place your order before 12noon. Please note, bank holidays and Christmas will affect deliveries, please contact us if you would like to find out about deliveries around these periods.

Q. Do parcels need to be signed for?

A. Yes, our couriers require a signature for deliveries from us, please do bear this in mind when placing your order. If a delivery has been attempted and failed as there wasn’t anyone in to sign for the items, you will be carded and another delivery will be attempted on another day. If your delivery is failed on two different occasions, the courier will send the parcels back to us and another delivery charge will need to be paid before we resend the order out. If you have a place in which the driver can access and leave items safely, please do include this in ‘delivery instructions’ so we can advise the couriers where to leave items if you aren’t in.

Q. What’s your returns policy?

A. Our returns policy is simple! Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is defective or you’ve had a change of heart, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Please see our term’s and condition’s for online sales on our website.

Q. I’m looking to order some beer for a private event/party, how do I go about this?

A. We can offer our beer in a ‘bag and box’ option which is simple to use. It’s not sedimented so can be moved around up until the moment you are due to use it, however it does mean that the beer will be at it’s best within the first 24 hours of collection from us. This is called ‘bright beer’ and can be ordered from the brewery or any of our Titanic pubs, we do need advanced notice, ideally a week or more gives us enough time to get this organised for you. Bright beer is available in various sizes from 18 pints up to 72 pints. You can also order cask beer from us for an event/gathering, but it is worth noting that cask beers have many requirements such as storage in a cool location, enough time to sit in stillage for the beer to settle before use (around 3 days) etc. We can help advise if it is a cask that is needed, please note, these are 9 gallon casks so hold approx. 72 pints only.
